South african female wanting to move to dc for a year to work and study. How do i get a job before i leave?

Currently working for an airline as a flght attendant and have a Diploma in Business management. Have three years banking experience. This will ahve to be for 2009. I currently have a us visa for work purposes. Will i have to apply for another one? Where do i start?

since u hv a work visa - start applying on line to several big banks.  or if u can afford it - go there and start knocking on doors.  try to stay with some friends so as to cut costs as it may take a while to get a job.  if not fussy, lots of retailing jobs are available.  with your diploma u shld perhaps land one easily.
