South west trains? when is peak and off peak?

wanted to know if anyone knew the peak and off peak times to the south west trains?

The off peak times are April and May and then in Sept and October. The Southwest trains are the Texas Eagle, The Sunset Limited and the Southwest Chief. Also The Heartland Flyer runs from Dallas to Oklahoma City

Peak: Peak times and prices on our services apply Monday to Friday during the busy morning period.

Off-peak:  Off-peak times and prices usually apply Monday to Friday to trains arriving in London at 10am or after; on the rest of the network they apply to most trains leaving at 9.30am or after.  All trains at weekends and on public holidays are off-peak.
