Depends on how old you are, how well they know your friends, who is paying for your trip, where you are going, how long you will be gone, and if you have past criminal records (this means if you have committed bad acts before .. like sneaking out of the house after being grounded, getting caugh making out .. stuff like that).

Of course they will allow you. All you need to do is to explain they the importance of the trip. You should convience them. Persuade them to let you on the trip.

They may not approve of it. Filipino parents finds it a threat for their daughters to be out from home even if they are just here domestically.  I think if this is some sort of leisure trip you might be going through a needle's hole to get their yes.
