what is the deffernt between southerlies wind and northerli wind? why is the souterlies wind is cold?

The directional names normally refer to the direction the wind is coming FROM, i.e a southerly wind blows from the south.  Since I don't know where you are, it is difficult for me to answer why a southerly wind is cold for you.  It could be that you are on a ridge such that lower elevations are to the south of you.  Another possibility is that a cold pool, such as a cold body of water, exists to your south, and air blowing across it is cooled before reaching you.
