scientists have a strong hypothesis that one's gonna hit on/around november 13 in San Andreas Fault, and i live about 1 hour south of LA.

what do you think would be the damage?

and does a 2 story house have a bigger chance of falling/demolishing than a 1 story house? thanks for all your answers! :]

  1. hmm sounds weird that all of a sudden they "predicted" an earthquake for november 13. why didn't they do that with the one we just had a couple of weeks ago??. as far as the damage, if your house was built within the last years, it should be more earthquake compatible, although in my opinion, it just seems like the tract homes are built fast and sloppy in a way. so I really don't know what to say about that.

as far as a one story or two story, there is less movement in a smaller building than a bigger building.

  2. I live in Los Angeles.

No one can predict movement of the San Andreas so accurately.

    So, stop worrying.
