Souvenir from toulouse?

I will go to toulouse, france in the end of the month, what do you think the best souvenir i can get from toulouse?

Hi from France !

I live close Toulouse ( 50 miles) and I lived there during 15 years, the violet is THE sympol of this city. So, you can purchase some perfume ( violet), bar of soap ( violet), little special doll of Toulouse ( symbol too of this city), some candy ( taste violet).

There is too a special cross called : '' Croix occitane'' and yet some things about violet or Croix occitane (little plates, key rings  etc...), liquor ( violet) and too many kind things ...

You can find all that in the Train Station ( Gare Matabiau http://www.voyages-sncf.com ) and too in the street called : Rue de Bayard ... Capitol place too...

Toulouse is near the best region for foie gras (Gers).

The wine from toulouse is called Fronton but also Bordeaux is not very far...

Or maybe a rugby polo

You should go back with some "Cassoulet". Sure you'll eat this meal during touring Toulouse and sure you'll love it
