Question:

Soy Sauce superstition?

I was moving into my new place and accidentally spilled soy sauce on the carpet. Apart from the problem of getting rid of the stain, It suddenly popped into my head that it might not be very auspicious to have dropped it as it might be the equivalent of spilling salt. Does anyone have any thoughts? If it is I might have the area professionally cleaned just in case??
