  1. I read about it too & was very surprized to know that !

  2. It's obvious isn't it, it contains huge levels of (female) plant oestrogen.

You're essentially putting chemicals in your body that tell it you're a female, when you're actually a man.

Of course it'll have an effect on sperm count!

I can't believe people have been eating that stuff all along, don't they know what it is made of?

A totally new food comes along, completely different to anything made before, and the people who are scoffing it every day don't even stop to think what it's made of, and what it's doing to their bodies?!

All the information has been around for years, and nobody has paid it any attention.

THAT is the staggering issue. As far as the food goes, companies will feed us any old c**p to make money, that's standard.

  3. Most sources of protein are going to put some kind of hormone or c**p into your body.  Beef can be injected with hormones, just like chicken, etc.  So, soy is not the only source of this issue.

The best thing to do is to eat/drink organic animal products if it is affordable.  We try to do this.  It might be a couple bucks more but in my opinion that is worth it.

I think eating soy once in a while would be ok, but not everyday like some people do...I think this is why young women are starting their periods so early now, like 8 or 9 years.  I thought the standard was 12, but not anymore apparently!!
