  1. Soy milk can be very healthy especially when it's made with non-GMO soy.

The alternative I prefer however, since I don't like eating too much soy, is almond milk.

  2. SOY IS THE BEST ! i love it ! i get silk ! it is the best tasting and  completely free of any genetically modified foods ! it is very organic!

  3. Hello!

Okay, I suggest going for organic soy milk or look out for the statement on the packet/bottle which says "GE free"

I think this is a pretty important issue because Genetically Modified/Engineered foods are apparently linked to cancer.

    Good luck!

  4. I LOVE soy milk. It's alot healthier than regular dairy milk. it's made from plants and soy ( of course lol ).

I love Light Chocolate soy milk. And Vanilla Soy milk.

  5. I love soy milk, I use it for everything except tea, mac and cheese (i tried it once, and it was terrible), and baking. I like it alot alot better on cereal and it has more protein than regular milk so it is really nice.

but, no as long as you get non-GMO it's waaay better for you. I like Silk the best (especially the choclolate... it's amazing). For cereal and stuff I use the plain because the vanilla tastes too sweet and non-milk-like.

  6. Because soy milk is from the soybean, there are no hormones or cloning concerns.  Just use organic soy whenever possible to avoid GMOs.  When I drank soy milk, I preferred the Silk to others.  I do buy the Whole Foods store brand stuff, but I only use it for baking and cooking.

If you're making something savory, make sure you do NOT use vanilla flavored soy milk!  That will cause your recipe to go terribly awry!  Plain, unsweetened soy milk, however, works just fine.

  7. Soy milk is very healthy, but just make sure that your soymilk uses soybeans that were NOT genetically modified.

  8. well lets justt start out with i love soymilk

okay now its not from cows its from a plant

    the soyy plant

not to mention there are so many different types of it

and how it last a million times longer than milk

  9. It's ok to drink I think. If you google soy and it's possible harmful effects you read alot of scary stuff (turning boys g*y, causing cancer etc etc) but I don't think it's as bad as they say. Soy tastes the best compared to other milk alternatives like almond, oat and rice. I use soy milk for my cereal but I don't chug cups of it every day. I've also known people that eats alot of soy and they're the healthiest people I know so I don't think there are any dangers.
