I have a bunch of soy milk because my mom owns a health food store so I have like a lot of soy milk, so I had to freeze some, and this soy milk expired in December of '06, but it was frozen. So I should just throw it out right?

  1. That's to long frozen, not safe, dump it out on your compost heap.

  2. well, its shelf stable, freezing probably prolonged it, but over 18 months, i wouldn't, it will probably taste horrid, and who knows what it might do to ya.

  3. Does it smell ok? Anyway, it is very old milk so your best bet is to throw it out. Milk dosn't really cost a lot so I don't see a big problem in reaserching whether or not it is actually bad for you to drink it now....nothing might happen but why take a risk when all supermarkets today have milk?
