Soy product help (vegitarians/vegans only)?

okay so ive been eatting schneiders oh natural meatless products for a while now

& my friend restently asked me if meatless products were all chemicals

i read the pack & the first 10 werent chemicals at all but i still dont know

what to tell them

can anyone help me out or direct me to a better brand?

p.s plz dont tell me about being vegan im not aloud till im outta the house

  1. Fake meat products may be packed with chemical additives. Try to buy the ones with the shorter ingredients list, especially where they don't sound like chemicals.


  2. I agree with the first poster, Amy's does some good stuff.

    If not, I'd try to make your own meatless stuff, like veggie burgers.

  3. Amy's makes some pretty good veggie burgers and other foods, and they use almost all organic ingredients, not to mention ingredients you can understand.

    If your friend thinks meatless products are chemicals, she should check some omni foods at the local grocery store.

  4. Morning star and Amy's are really good vegetarian/vegan foods.  Most fake meat is made of vegetables and soy, so I don't think it has chemicals.

  5. As stated already, Amy's is good. Gardenburger brand is good, depending on what you get. Fantastic foods has some good stuff. There are usually local ones, wherever you're from, which are good, and local stuff is more likely to be natural. In New England, Franklin Farms has some great all natural veggie burgers.
