Soymilk vs real milk

Question

i made the change the other day no more (cow milk)

but which do you prefer?

and why

i drink soymilk because im lactose intolerant =)

but it means i pay 40 cents more for every starbucks drink which is unfair

I prefer cows milk but I do drink soy.  You should know however that soy has an effect on your hormones.  My girlfriend had breast cancer and it was directly affected by the hormone estrogen.  She's fine now but she can't have soy in any form..  It really depends on how much you drink each day.  Check with your doctor or do some research on the internet.

I Recently Changed To Soy Milk Because I Found Out That Regular Milk Contains Chemicals and Waste From All The Stuff They Pump Into The Cows For Hormones. Those Chemicals Ultimately Lead To Acne And What-Not.

cow milk i dont like the taste my dad says i really cant tell the diffrence but one day he sat me down with 2 cups one soy andone cow and i got it right but thats really only beacause of my great sense of smell

I drink soy milk because I don't believe in drinking cows milk.     Cows milk is for cows not people.
