Space settlement contest -NASA?

Question

i had submitted my space settlement project for the 2008 competition.

but it could put only 1/4 of my ideas into it..cuz i had very little time.

i could not even elaborate more on the ideas in the project.

can i send my project again with many many more details completed in the 2009 contest?

If your 2008 entry is not successful, I believe that you will be able to do just that.

You might want to contact the contest sponsor for the definitive word though.
