    But the NASA should get the superior reusable Orion spacecraft operational by 2014.

We will be using the Soviets ships to get to the space staion.  Our science illiterate President has made America a second rate science nation and I for one can't wait till this moron leaves the White House where he can hide in a closet and convince himself that he's not an idiot.  Bush is an insult to intelligence and knowledge and has let science down and brought America's greatness down.

  4. We will be dependent upon the Soyuz, as reported. While Bush has indeed not been a big fan of the space program, it should be noted that Obama has mentioned his intent to delay the Constellation program in order to divert money into school reading program. If this happens, it may eventually lead to outright cancellation of the Orion/Ares spacecraft. I suppose using Russian spaceships is part of that 'change' he's so big on.
