Spain’s Jesús Turro launches Patagonia as www.visitmalta.com: Conde de Godo Barcelona Trophy Regatta
Spanish boat owner, Jesus Turro, will be launching Argentinean Patagonia in Conde de Godo Barcelona Trophy Regatta with a new name, www.visitmalta.com. A new top Spanish crew including two-time Olympian, Luís Martínez Doreste, Alfredo González and Javier

The Patagonia from Argentina did not have a convincing finish in the previous 2011 Audi MedCup Circuit Regatta, the 2011 Region of Murcia Trophy. The Murcia Region Trophy was won by British Ngoni by 13 points, while Patagonia finished at fourth place in
the overall standings of the event with 32 points. However, in the overall standings of Audi MedCup Circuit, they fall on fifth place with 119 points.
The new Spanish team will set sail in Barcelona and will be a part of the Audi MedCup Soto 40 fleet in the next regatta with a new name as www.visitmalta.com. The 2011 Conde de Godó Barcelona Trophy will commence from September 12-17, in Barcelona.
Speaking to local media, the new team’s grounder, Alfredo Mella said, “The idea started about a year ago, when we introduced the project to www.visitmalta.com. They liked the idea from the beginning. Malta has the potential and wants to become a sailing
