Log on your account

Go to Options

click on Spam protection

See below Mark spam +Not Spam

and unmark on "Add the sender's email address to my blocked addresses list" Check box.

now Click on Save changes.

next time when you spam an email that won't be added on your block list.

And if you want to add on block list just check mark on it.
