well that's a trick question hun, since most leotards have some spandex in them.  I prefer leotards myself, they make some really cute ones, like in the olympics...  lol...

Spandex leggings are getting tired, but can work still if you are creative. A leotard is still pretty chic, especially since it never really picked up commercial popularity. I believe Marc Jacobs used some a year or so ago, and you can find them at American Apparel.
