Spandex???

ok so pretty much volleyball open gyms starts tomorro and im not worried er anything cuz this is my 3rd year but this is the 1st year fer me that we are wearing spandex and ive worn em b4 but anyways beisdes me rambling on i was wondering if you can see a pad like fer when yer on yer period through em, i mean i would use a tampon but i was jus wonderin and also do you wear regular underwear with em like i know you would be able to see em but like are you supposed to wear a thong er like nuthing er something lol im jus gonna wear regular gym shorts for tomorro though lol

and you should all talk to me on yahoo messenger but not about spandex lol well unless you want to lol

use a panty liner, a small pad. or just wear a long shirt

yes. you can wear a pad with the spandex and no you can't see it if you do it correctly.  YOu can wear whatever you want as for underwear but i wouldn't suggest  you wear nothing because most people can notice that your not wearing anything and its considered really scanky.  And also if you do that they when you have to hustle to get the ball, you butt is shaking all over the place...ewwww....lol.

Just wear your regular underwear because its no big deal.

ut depends how tight they are i buy a size big on me for when i have my period ir just wear a big shirt

While playing no one wil notice the pad.  When you aren't playing it might be noticable, so bring a long shirt or jacket or something to cover up with if you're worried.

As for underwear, in high school I always wore something under my shorts when I played because I didn't want to look S****y, but I found the shorts to be more comfortable without panties and often wore them around the house that way.  In college I found that several of the older players on my team didn't wear panties during the games, so I stopped as well.  If you're going to go commando, look for shorts with a gusset--a small cloth patch over the crotch area on the inside.  The will provide a little more cushioning over your sensitive area and will help control moisture so that it doesn't look like you peed you pants.

i would just wear a long shirt and you cant really tell if your wearing a pad..and as for underwear. deff dont go comando. its gross and ppl can tell your not wearing anything. you should try a thong or silky like underwear, its harder to see the line.. pluse whose gonna even be starring at your butt the whole time, ppl will be watching the game. have fun at open gym chicka!!

hi i'm a freshman.. i've played 3 years of club volleyball and i now play for my jv team at my high school.. trust me, you can't see a pad while playing. i use tampons now but i used to wear pads and so did my friends.. it doesn't show, so no worries about that. don't go with nothing on under your spandex... most people wear thongs but you can wear regular underwear if you want if you don't care about it showing.. during your time of the month if you wear pads wear regular underwear.. hope i helped :]
