  1. The correct address is:

    AV. Alvarez Guerra

    number 20

    2 floor

  2. i think the degrees sign is like

    2 (degrees sign) is second

    3 (degrees sign) is third

    i hope that makes sense

  3. As long as you send it EXACTLY how it came, it will get to the person.  The Post office understands, so don't worry!

But if you really want to know...

ª like a little a inthe air is a clasifier, like saying first or second but un the female gender. Doors are female so it's second door is it's an "a in the air"

If it is º then it's floor, because floor is of the masculine gender.  20 is the patio number.. "

    for example:

C/ valencia 130 2º 4ªD means Valenica street Patio number 130, second floor, door number 4 on the right

but can also be written as 130 2º ptª 4 Drch

  4. Yep, it's an apartment.  The degree sign after a 2 means "segundo" (second) or after a 3 means "tercero" (third).  This refers to the floor of the building that the apartment is on.

One interesting thing to note is that ground floor in Spain (and several other countries I've been to) is not considered the first floor like it is in the U.S.  Instead is is the ground floor or lower floor and the first floor is the next flight up (what we in the U.S. would call the 2nd floor).  So, this person lives on the 2nd floor, or if you are from the U.S., it's what we would consider the 3rd floor.

    Hope this helps!

  5. Yep, it is an appartment (most people in Spain live in appartments).
