If there is a Sam Ash or a Guitar Center near by you will get the best possible deal. Don't forget to bargain they sometimes will drop the prices for people. Look into the Manuel Raimundo.. It is a great spanish guitar

It depends where you live, really, whether you're interested in playing classical music on it or not, and whether if by "Spanish" you mean "made in Spain" or "built in a Spanish style."

For a Spanish-built guitar for playing or studying classical music, try to find a Lute maker (yes, that's right!) in your area.  Chances are they will be able to point you in the right direction.

For just a high-quality guitar, for all purposes, check in with your largest local music store, the kinds that rent out and sell also electronic keyboards, drum sets, amplifiers, etc etc.  This should get you on the right track.
