Spanish La Liga News: http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/David-Villa-c10629 feels he would have fit right in at Arsenal
Barcelona's high profile striker, David Villa has gone on to admit that he would have been a natural at Arsenal and has stated that he would have loved to play for the Gunners, had he not opted to make a move to the La Liga giants http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38605.
The player wasn't quite done just there, as he later went on to admit that he had even considered a potential move to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809, mainly due to the Spanish connection that had been formed at the club.
However, before any further speculation could be formed, the player went on to clear all doubts by stating that he would much rather stay at the Camp Nou, then make a move elsewhere at this stage in his career.

Villa is reported to have said, “As a spectator I like the way Arsenal play with quick one-or-two-touch football. Their style would have suited me well.”
“I also had friends at Liverpool and from what I have heard from team-mates, players learn a lot when playing under Rafa Benitez, but that did not happen.”
“I was lucky that when the moment came when http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Valencia-c40863 had no choice but to sell me, Barcelona were in a position to bring me here. I wanted to play here and I have been lucky enough that they wanted me as part of this team and that they were
prepared to pay a lot of money to make it happen.”
It's easy to see just why the Spanish World Cup winner feels he would have fit right into the Emirates. This is because Villa mainly follows the same strategy that Arsenal follow, which is to play beautiful football and go all out and attack
their opponents under any and all circumstances.
That being said, these comments from the player seem to be coming at a rather peculiar time, as Villa's current team and Arsenal are set to face each other on Wednesday night.
Arsenal are going to play host to Barcelona at the Emirates in both the teams knock-out stage match in the UEFA Champions League. As a result, it might be easy to assume that Villa, if anything, is showing respect to his upcoming opponents,
which seems to be a rather bold act by the Catalan forward.
Nonetheless, despite the the striker's respect for the London club, there is going to be no love lost between the two sides when they face each other in what is being hyped to be the biggest game of the Champions League season so far this season.
