Spanish closed captioning stuck on Tobisha.... I just purchased a Tobisha 46RV530U HD LCD

Question

I just purchased a Tobisha 46RV530U HD LCD television. When I turn the chanel to HBO HD, closed captioning pops up in spanish. I've tried everything including turning off the closed captioning for the entire TV. This only happens on HBO HD chanel. I cannot get them to turn off. Anyone have advice as to how to fix this? Thanks!
