  1. It's incorrect, if you want to say: Are you sleepy? Then say "¿Tienes sueño?" What you said means "Do you feel like being sleepy?"

  2.    it's incorrect.. tienes sueno  is ok.

tu tienes ganas .means you feel like

        are youl hungry.. tienes hambre

no tengo sueno   I'm not sleepy

let's go out for dinner    salgamos a cenar

yo pago       it's on me  or    I pay........................................ ratzo

  3. tu tienes ganas de sueño is worng

right way is ¿¿¿tu tienes ganas de dormir???

  4. ¿Tienes ganas de DORMIR?

    ¿TIENES sueño?

    --------------------------------------...

You can't say "sueño" because it is a noun and "ganas de... " hope a verb. It is a perífrasis verbal, that is, the union of two (or more) verb forms that work together as a unit. They are usually composed of:

    - Assistant conjugate a verb (which is in personnel form).

    - An element of link-preposition, conjunction-that may appear or not: tengo que ir; iba a salir; debes (Ø) trabajar.

    - The verb that provides the fundamental meaning, which is a non-personnel form (infinitive, gerund or participle).

    ______________________________________...

For example: ganas (verb in personnel form) + de (link-preposition) + dormir (verb in non-personnel form, here "dormir" is infinitive)
