im going to spain in the summer. im 15(male) and was wondering how strict they are about buying and drinking alchohol. i heard their not too strict

  1. The drinking age is 18, just like the rest of the European Union.

    And, no, I don&#039;t think you will get served at 15, and why would you want to break the law in a foreign country?  Doesn&#039;t the idea of going to jail where you don&#039;t speak the language cause you just a little concern?

    (Okay, maybe not jail, but still, court)
