Spanish: estar or ser?

Hi,

This is a spanish question (probably really basic).

If you want to say "my room is clean", do you use estar or ser?

Mi cuarto está limpio

or Mi habitación está limpia

Mi cuarto está limpio. ( estar)

because we are describing how it is now, at the moment,...

for example if you were talking about you and you wanted to say " i am an intelligent guy" you should use " ser" ( soy un chico inteligente) because you've been intelligent through your life not only once.. do you know what i mean??

Estar: Mi cuarto está limpio.

"Estar" is almost always used with "limpio" and "sucio" as they describe the current state of something.

I learned the estar is for like right now and ser is more permanent.

Estar because it implies the current state of the room.
