Spanish exchange...?

i'm going to be living iwht a family in spain for 2 1/2 weeks (i'm leaving this tuesday) and i still cant figure out how to address the parents!

my partner's name is manuel emilio garcia atienza. he uses his atienza as his last name (at least his email is like, m_atienza) so are they senores atienza?
