  1. because = Porque

    of = de

    porque de... There aren't context

  2. Puede causar cancer (beacuase of)=porque el radiacion.

  3. You would just say "Puede causar cancer por la radiacion"

    You don't need the "de"

    Hope this helps

  4. because of = debido a

    usually, because translates to "porque", but only used as an answer to ¿Por qué? (Why?)

    But in your sentence the best translation is "debido a"

    Puede causar cáncer debido a la radiación.

  5. "Because of" is normally translated as "debido a" or "por" (only when it is followed by the cause of something). So your sentence could be translated as:

    1. Puede causar cáncer debido a la radiación.

    Or

    2. Puede causar cáncer por la radiación.
