Spanish help? need to make something flow better. ?

Question

I know enough spanish to have translated a sentence word for word, basically. but...it's choppy and obviously translated word for word. Can someone help me make it...flow, better? Make it seem more "intimate", and less awkward?

This is it in english:

"You are the world to me. everything you are is everything to me. I love you"

and this is what i've translated over to spanish...

tu eres el mundo para mi. todo que eres es todo para mi. te amo

"ERES EL MUNDO PARA MI. TODO LO QUE ERES, LO ES TODO PARA MI. TE AMO"

is not bad, but is better like this

Tu eres el mundo para mi. Todo lo que eres, es todo lo que soy. Te amo.

I'd say: Tu eres mi mundo, lo eres todo para mi. Te amo or Te adoro" would be nicer I guess...
