Put them on them= Ponlos encima de ellos.

Would you please write it down.= Porfavor escríbelos.

Put them (masculine) on them! (formal singular): ¡ponlos en el/ponlos encima de el!

Would you please write it down. (formal plural): lo escribes por favor/ponlo por escrito por favor

Do it now! (familiar): ¡haganlo ya! it could be also: ¡haganlo ahora/ahorita! but it is not how a native spanish speakers would say it

Don’t forget to bring them. (formal singular): no te olvides de traerlo
