  1. Hablo - I speak; habló - he/she/you spoke.

    Hablé - I spoke, etc.

  2. it's simple.

hablo without accent means I SPEAK ( Yo hablo)

present tense of the verb hablar:

    Yo hablo ( i speak)

    Tú hablas ( you speak)

    Él/ Ella habla ( he /she speaks)

Nosotros/ nosotras hablamos ( we speak)

    Vosotros/vosotras habláis ( you-all speak)

    Ellos/Ellas hablan ( they speak)

habló with accent means HE SPOKE ( Él habló)

past tense of the verb hablar:

    Yo hablé ( I Spoke)

    Tú hablaste ( You spoke)

    Él/Ella habló ( He / She spoke)

Nosotros / nosotras hablamos ( We spoke, it's like the present)

    Vosotros/vosotras hablasteis ( You-all spoke)

    Ellos/Ellas hablaron ( They spoke)

if you want to know how to differentiate them phonetically you can do it easily because the accent tells us where the speaker remarks the loudest silable.

  3. Hablo means (Present) I speak;

    Habló means (past) he/she/you spoke.

    Hablé (future) I spoke, etc.

  4. hablo=present and  hable=past and hablare=future
