if my mom was to make me a chore list telling me what to do would i conjugate it in usted or tu?

Since you are a minor in relation to your mom the respect goes to your mom. She can use the tu form with you. So congugate it in the tu form. If you use a verb use the Ud. form though if she has allowed you to use the tu, you may use it.
