why dont we have that cool upside down punctuation on keyboards? I would use them all the time.

Because it is an English keyboard.

I'm pretty sure it's in your symbols in MS Word. You could open a MS Word Doc and insert that symbol. Then just copy and paste it everywhere else.

cause you need a keyboard specially for spanish language.for example if you are in an Arabic country you will have next to the english characters the arabic one.

so you need to get a keyboard from spain or mexico or venezuela ... :)
