My name is Lauren, and for Spanish class this year we got our spanish names, and she told me mine: Lucia.

This IS lauren, right?

lol, idk. just wondering cause the other Lauren in my class got her name Laura.

  1. There is usually no direct translation of names from one language to another, So "Lucia" could be Laura, or it could be something else. Your Spanish teacher probably gave you and the other Lauren different names so that it wouldn't be confusing when she said "laura".
