Spanish restaurants in Corralejo

Can anyone recommend a good restaurant in Corralejo, Fuerteventura?

All the holiday reports I have read always seem to reference "Great British pubs", Indian and Chinese restaurants. I want to go to enjoy local foods, not stuff you can get here in the UK any day of the week.

I can't personally recommend a particular restaurant, but the majority of bars & restaurants are in one long road, or overlooking the sea.   Have found a list of 112 establishments (bars & restaurants), in Corralejo, but it doesn't describe which is which.   Another list gives brief descriptions to help identify the type of establishment, but as they are all in close proximity it shouldn't be too difficult to locate the Spanish restaurants.
