Spanish speaking baby...?

Question

I am babysitting for a lady that only speaks spanish and the baby is 2 1/2 yr old. How can I ask the baby , "Finished?" or "Done?"

Something simple to ask if she's finished eating or finished going potty etc...

Also, how do you say , "lay down " or "nap time" or something like that?

Finished?" or "Done?"  ya terminastes, or ya acabastes

"lay down " acuestate

nap time" a dormir

"ya terminaste?"   (finished?)

"acuéstate" (lay down)

"vamos a dormir".... (let's go to sleep)

"es hora de dormir"  (it's time to go to sleep)

"es hora de la siesta" (it's nap time)
