Spanish speaking country/capital rap song

Question

Ok, my spanish teacher gave me this link to a page for a rap song that says the name of all of the countries. I have tried the link a billion times but it doesnt work. The song goes like:

Caracas, Venezuela

Bogota, Colombia

Quito, Equador

and so on.

Please, if anyone knows the name of the song, please let me know, or if u know the link.
