de trabajo. Yo, mi jefe  y un medio tiempo.

REAL: Somos tres personas en mi trabajo.My jefe, un temporal y yo.

(In Spanish when you talk abt yourself and more people you going at last, the other way is so rude!)

Sólo hay tres personas que trabajan en mi (situación de) trabajo.  mi jefe,  uno* que trabaja a tiempo parcial, y yo (and that should be I in English, as well.  Not me).

*or Un chico, or un hombre, una mujer, whatever you want to put there.  Un should agree with the person's gender, even if not mentioned.
