Spark plug thread broke off while trying to get it...

Question

Was trying to put new spark plugs in motor. When pulling out old spark plugs one of them was stuck and was very hard to unscrew! Put a little more effort into it and then it broke in half leaving the thread stuck in the cylinder head!

What can i do to fix this problem? any advise is welcome!
