My coach needs me to buy 14 oz. gloves for sparring.. Does that mean I buy Sparring gloves, or training gloves?

  1. sparring gloves. training gloves are for hitting the heavy bag.


  2. Training gloves ARE used for sparring, along with good headgear and a portector (cup). Get a new pair of GRANT 514 oz. and you won't go wrong.
