  1. Like Wulf and some others said, it depends on your school. Sorry.

You need to ask the teachers. It varies from school to school and from association and style and area. There really is no answer that would be totally correct here...

    Ask the teacher(s).

  2. Well, I take taekwondo (which is pretty similar I think).

ILlegal target areas are below the belt and to the back and back of the head. Anywhere else - go for it!

  3. whatever your dojo/sparring partner and you agree they are.

hypothetically I could agree to spar with someone with only the nuts as a target,

of course when the sparring is over I'm sure the nice doctors in white would be putting him back into his straight jacket and returning him to the asylum and probably contacting the police to have me brought up on charges for taking advantage of his mental condition....

  4. everywhere except below the belt and neck and face.  if wearing headgear targeting the face may be allowed.

  5. dont hit the groin is the most important one and the most used one

  6. That really depends on which Organization is hosting the event.

Many allow the main body, 3 inches from the face and no leg or groin attacks.

Others though do allow them and some are full contact but I do not think that is what he is doing I assume.

What league is it and I can tell you more.
