  1. It is normal for an animal to have bladder control problems causing excesive peeing after being spayed, it is just a normal mechanism to get the body used to the change. I would suggest you wait it out but if it continues for ove 2 months you should bring her to a vet.

  2. just wait it out. if she shows that she is not in pain and everything else seems normal, then shes fine.

  3. with any concern after a surgery, always give the vet a call and ask if this is normal.

but usually she may jst be trying to eliminate all the medication she was given (assuming the operation was yesterday or 2 ago).  if she's drinking alot of water and not straining, she should be fine.

Congrats on being a RESPONSIBLE DOG OWNER!!!!

  4. Why is your dog still using pee pads when she is over a year old?

  5. Well, how long has this been going on?  Days?  Weeks?  It's probably nothing to worry about if she had surgery in the past 24-48 hours.... I'd say up to a week or two, even.  But if she's "going" all over the place, like having accidents, or it looks like she's trying to urinate but not much coming out, then she might have a UTI.
