It's Catalán not Spanish, and it means:

"Gentlemen....you're going to know how to make Frying pans."

haha, that doesn't make sense but maybe I'm right.

That doesn't look Spanish, it looks like it may be Aztec (more Mexican) or one of the dialects or Indian.

And the "ke" is spelled "que"
