Speaker phone function on the Executone model 12

Question

We don't have the manual and was wondering how to programthe speaker phone function on the telephone. It has a microphone and the speaker along works when dialing,but the microphone is off. Is there a code that can be used to program a phone or the system to turn the microphone.
