Is there a cable that can connect a Speaker that has regular speaker wire to a RCA or TRS or even XLR connection?

  1. By the sound of your question, it sounds like you are trying to connect a speaker to a mixer output (XLR and TRS connectors are usually on pro sound equipment).  If so, you cannot connect a speaker directly to a normal mixer.  Speakers connect to powered mixers or amplifiers.
