First, I live in PA. I had limited tort...if you dont know what it is, then dont bother...I was in an accident about 2 months ago. I was rear ended, pushed into the car infront of me, and they were pushed into the car infront of them. I didnt go to the hospital RIGHT away, but went later on in the day. I didnt have any broken bones, or anything too serious. But, I've been going to physical therapy, getting treatment. My back hurts every single day. I cant work because Im a care giver which requires alot of lifting and whatnot. Not to mention, sometimes my knee, my pelvic area hurts, and I also have numbness going down into my fingers. I got an MRI last monday, Im waiting for the results. I was wondering, since Ive been having pain for over 2 months, and not able to work, does that "qualify" for pain & suffering with limited tort?
