Yeah, both are ongoing.

The anime comes out every Sunday and is subbed by baka-wolf

you can join their forums and baka-wolf.com and be able to download the subbed and raw versions when they come out

As for the manga its still ongoing, but I don't know that much about it

the manga is supposedly up to volume 16 and still going...

the anime was recently released last spring and is expected to have 24 episodes. so far 19 episodes have been released in japan while 18 have been fansubbed so far by m33w (baka-wolf only helps with distribution).
