Special Education High frequency word lists by grade level.?

Question

One time I found a grade level high frequency word list for special education...I forgot to book mark it! I have searched and searched for the site and I cannot find it! Can anyone help me?

It depends on what you mean by high frequency words. There are the dolch words that are high frequency words but there is also fry list which are phrases.
