Special Pokeballs are gone!?

i beat the elite four and have the national dex. i was going to go catch giratina and regigigas but they wouldnt get caught so i went to buy dusk balls and timer balls and such to help me catch them every town that ive gone to has only had Great balls ultra ballsand pokeballs can someone help me andtell me why i am confused

There are usually two guys at the Mart, one guy for the regular stuff you buy, and then there's another guy; he's the one you want. Talk to him and you'll find exactly what you're looking for.
