Special ed student looking to study abroad?

Im a junior in high school i have an iep plan. Which is a type of special education. Im looking to study abroad. Ive found some very nice programs for this. I red the acceptance process and it looks like i good go in

But the part that stikes me is were it says you need to have a 2.5 or higher..I actually have a 2.8 which is higher than the 2.5 but when they said 2.5 did they mean for regular ed students or overall grades for evrybody please give your opinion?

  1. Some countries will not respect an IEP or the accommodations it provides.  I think you need to do some questioning of the services/ accommodations that you require and see if they will be implemented in the new setting.  Many high schools are set up like colleges and have the demands of such....

    I hope it all works out and you have a fabulous time...just do some fact checking first.  :)
