Wow pink hair is spontaneous!

Visible Changes Hair Salon in North Star Mall gave my friend pink highlights (on purpose).  They are fairly cheap.

And have you tried Sally Beauty Supply?  There is one at the Rim.  There is another beauty supply store at Huebner oaks shopping center.

My first guess would be a hair salon. Call around and ask if they will dye your hair pink.  Unless you are a minor, you should be able to find someplace.
